1. Define the geography before you judge performance
A dashboard is only useful when its geography is explicit. Rock Springs city and Sweetwater County are not interchangeable labels. The Census record identifies Rock Springs as a municipality and places it in Sweetwater County; it does not establish how many people search for a lawyer, which communities produce inquiries, or whether a particular practice area has unmet demand. Your firm should decide whether reporting is limited to Rock Springs, includes the wider county, or separates the city from other service areas. That choice affects keyword targets, landing-page interpretation, call review and source attribution.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would appear in the reporting you review. Confirm whether a city-and-county view is appropriate for your actual service area, and require a written definition for every location field before using the dashboard in budget discussions.
