How the directory is built.
Each location moves through eligibility, geographic reconciliation, research, editorial review and release. A city name alone never qualifies a page.
The route manifest is the source of truth for parent links, canonicals, publication state and sitemap membership.
Publication standard
Research before reach.
Every released destination must earn its place in the directory. Eligibility creates a candidate; it does not create publishable content.
- 01Verify the geography.Keep city, county and metro evidence labeled correctly, retain stable IDs, and resolve overlapping names before creating routes.
- 02Build the useful answer.Connect local facts to a real service decision, explain what the evidence does and does not show, and give the visitor a clear next step.
- 03Review the complete path.Test sources, parent and child links, schema, mobile behavior, intake and measurement before the page enters navigation or a sitemap.

Shared components keep navigation, accessibility, schema and analytics consistent. Each market record controls its own evidence, editorial angle, service availability, imagery and release status.
When a source changes, the system can identify every dependent page. When a location lacks enough evidence, it stays out of the public build instead of receiving filler copy.
