1. Start with the site you have, not a hosting label
A dedicated server is not, by itself, a complete buying decision. First identify the website platform, database, DNS arrangement, SSL configuration, email records, third-party scripts, forms and any services that must remain reachable after a move. Bosseo’s public page says its migration work can include files, databases, DNS and email records, but your firm still needs a site-specific review of what exists and what must be tested. Casper is the municipality named in this page, and Natrona County is its recorded county relationship. If your website serves clients beyond Casper or beyond Natrona County, that broader service area should be recorded separately rather than treated as the same geography.
Recommended approach
Ask for an inventory of the current hosting environment and a written migration scope. Include domain ownership, DNS access, administrator permissions, email routing, forms, analytics and any outside services. Do not approve a move until the parties agree which components are included and who can authorize the DNS change.
