1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The U.S. Census Bureau records Troy town as a municipal town in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 5,563 and a margin of error of 22. That is a description of the town and its population estimate; it does not establish legal demand, search behavior, competition, lead volume or case value. It also does not define your firm’s service boundary. A firm may serve Troy, other parts of St. Croix County, or a broader Wisconsin area, but those are decisions for the firm—not conclusions from the population record.
Recommended approach
Before configuring a Video Intake path, write down the locations your firm accepts and the locations it does not. Decide whether location belongs near the beginning of the survey, at qualification, or during staff review. If you serve multiple areas, make the routing rule explicit rather than assuming every Troy visitor is an appropriate matter.
