What does Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo’s public page says the record can include the channel, referrer, landing page, device, sessions before contact and intake answers. The consultation should confirm how those fields would apply to your firm and what happens when information is unavailable.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo states that phone calls can join the journey record, including the web session that produced the call and available call information such as transcript and case-type tag. Ask Bosseo to explain the proposed call connection for your setup.
Can it show whether an inquiry became a signed case?+
Bosseo describes outcome tracking through consultation and signed case, and says journey detail can roll into its ROI Dashboard. Your firm should confirm which outcome fields it records and how those outcomes would be connected.
Does Shorewood’s population indicate how many leads we should expect?+
No. Shorewood’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 13,627, with a margin of error of 40, but population does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, inquiries, cases or revenue.
Will attribution tell us which marketing channel deserves more budget?+
It is intended to provide evidence for that review by connecting journeys with intake and outcomes. It does not make a budget decision automatically, and the firm should account for incomplete records, case mix and the period being reviewed.
Do we need to rely on a client’s memory of how they found us?+
Bosseo positions attribution as an alternative to relying only on a person’s answer at intake by connecting the journey to the lead record. Confirm the fields and connections available for your firm before treating the record as complete.
