1. Define the geography before reviewing ROI
Rhinelander is a municipality in Oneida County. The Census Bureau records a 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate of 8,316 for Rhinelander city, with a margin of error of 26. That is context for the city boundary; it does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, leads, cases or revenue. A dashboard review should therefore distinguish a Rhinelander city target from a wider Oneida County target rather than treating the two labels as interchangeable. Bosseo’s public description says the dashboard can show keyword rankings, leads by case type and city data. That makes geographic definitions a first-order implementation question.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a report identifies geography for each tracked keyword, call, form, intake and attributed lead. Decide whether your firm will evaluate Rhinelander city, Oneida County, or both. Record that choice beside each KPI so a city ranking is not presented as countywide performance and a county result is not presented as a result for Rhinelander alone.
