1. Start with the calls your team cannot answer
Bosseo’s public AI Answering page describes a team-first arrangement: incoming calls ring your people first, and the AI steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow, with up to 20 simultaneous calls. These are product capabilities stated by Bosseo, not evidence that your Norway firm currently misses calls or needs 20 concurrent lines. Norway’s recorded relationship to Racine County matters when you define which callers and service area belong in the review. It does not justify assuming that a town population of 7,863 produces a particular number of inquiries.
Recommended approach
Map your current answer path by time and condition: ordinary office hours, lunch periods, holidays, after-hours calls and busy-line situations. Decide which callers should remain with staff, when an unanswered call may move to AI Answering, and which situations require immediate human attention. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate the routing rather than treating the published coverage description as a substitute for your firm’s configuration review.
