Choose a footprint that matches your Marshfield practice
Bosseo’s public product page describes two geographic choices: statewide coverage or a tighter footprint limited to selected counties. Marshfield’s recorded county relationships are Marathon County and Wood County. That relationship matters because “serving Marshfield” does not automatically mean serving every city in both counties, every municipality in Wisconsin, or the entire state. The Census population estimate identifies Marshfield city as a municipality, but it does not show where prospective clients search or whether a particular service has enough demand to justify a page.
Recommended approach
Start by listing the counties, cities, and service areas your firm is prepared to serve. Ask Bosseo to show how a Marshfield-centered footprint would differ from a Marathon-and-Wood-County footprint or a statewide scope. Treat the population figure as geographic context, not as a forecast.
