1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Lisbon is a municipality in Wisconsin, and the Census record associates it with Waukesha County. Those are useful boundaries for planning, but they are not interchangeable. A page about Lisbon village is not automatically a page about every household in Waukesha County, and a county page does not prove that your firm serves every community within it. Bosseo’s public description allows a programmatic footprint to be scoped statewide or to selected counties. That makes geographic eligibility a decision for your firm, not an assumption drawn from population.
Recommended approach
Map the places where your firm accepts matters, then compare that map with Lisbon and Waukesha County. Decide whether the first review should cover Lisbon alone, selected communities in Waukesha County, or a wider Wisconsin area. Exclude locations that do not reflect your intake policy or ability to serve clients.
