1. Start with the calls your firm actually handles
Bosseo describes Intake Coach as reviewing every intake call, including calls handled by your team and calls answered by its AI Phone System. The public product page says each call is recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, and analyzed after the conversation. It also describes an AI score, a winability estimate, the retainer quoted, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. Those are product claims from Bosseo, not measurements of your Ixonia practice. Before a consultation, identify which calls you consider intake, where those calls arrive, and who currently decides whether a matter receives a callback or consultation.
Recommended approach
Do not use Ixonia’s population as a proxy for intake volume. Instead, review a representative set of your own recent conversations, if your firm lawfully retains them, and note where callers wait, repeat information, ask about fees, or leave without a defined next step. Bring those observations to Bosseo so the discussion concerns your actual response path rather than a demographic assumption.
