Start with the calls your team cannot answer
Bosseo’s public AI Answering description says every call rings the firm’s team first and that the AI picks up when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow. That makes response-path design the first decision, not population-based forecasting. Hobart’s recorded relationship to Brown County can help you define the geographic scope of callers your firm serves, but it does not establish when those callers contact you or how many calls go unanswered.
Recommended approach
Review your current phone routing and identify the situations in which a caller reaches voicemail, a busy line or no answer. Decide which unanswered calls should move to AI Answering, whether the same rule applies outside office hours, and who reviews the resulting records. Keep the scope tied to the firm’s actual service area rather than treating Hobart’s population estimate as a demand forecast.
