Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The Census record identifies Green Bay as a municipality in Brown County. That distinction matters when a firm evaluates geographic reporting. A Green Bay city target is not automatically the same as a Brown County target, a wider Wisconsin target or a metropolitan-area target. A dashboard review should therefore show how geographic labels are defined and whether a report distinguishes city, county and broader coverage. The Census population estimate is useful context for the place, but it cannot establish legal need, search volume, competition or likely case production.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how city and county dimensions appear in the reporting you would use. Decide which geographic definitions belong in your internal review, and document whether a metric describes Green Bay city, Brown County or another area. Do not treat population as a forecast.
