1. Set the geographic question before measuring a source
Glendale city is recorded in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. A firm may serve clients in Glendale, the county, other Wisconsin communities or a broader metropolitan area, but those are different geographic questions. Lead Attribution is most useful when the firm decides which geography it wants to evaluate for each matter. Bosseo’s public product description says the system can show the landing page, channel, referrer, device, sessions and intake answers associated with a lead. That makes it possible to review whether a journey connected with the geographic area the firm intended to serve, subject to the firm’s own intake records and agreed scope.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic fields and reporting views you need before a consultation. At minimum, decide whether Glendale should be reviewed separately from Milwaukee County and from the firm’s wider Wisconsin service area. Do not use Glendale’s population as a proxy for demand. Ask to see how a journey would be associated with the firm’s actual service-area and intake information.
