Start with the calls your Columbus firm actually handles
A local population estimate is not a proxy for intake activity. The U.S. Census Bureau records Columbus city as a municipality connected with Columbia County and Dodge County, and reports an estimated population of 5,488 for the 2020–2024 ACS 5-year period. That is useful geographic context, but it does not show how many people contact your firm, which matters they ask about, or whether your team needs additional coverage. Intake Coach is therefore best evaluated against your own conversations and operating decisions. Bosseo’s public product description says every intake call is recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and reviewed with call-specific coaching. Ask whether that level of review would help you see where a Columbus-area caller’s next step becomes unclear or is left unassigned.
Recommended approach
Bring representative intake questions to a consultation and decide which parts of the conversation should be examined first: qualification, callback details, urgency, consultation scheduling, follow-up ownership, or another firm-defined standard.
