1. Define what “ROI” means before reviewing the screen
The public ROI Dashboard page describes a view that can include rankings, calls, leads, case types, forms, video intakes, source attribution, reviews and revenue-related signals. Those labels do not automatically mean the same thing to every firm. A call is not necessarily a potential new client. A lead is not necessarily a signed matter. A matter is not necessarily collected revenue. Before you rely on a total, decide which events your firm wants to count and which events must remain separate. That distinction matters when your service area includes Cedarburg city and the wider Ozaukee County relationship recorded for the city. A location label should identify the geographic scope of a record; it should not be treated as proof of demand or case value.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show the proposed definitions for call, potential new client, qualified lead, matter, signed case and revenue-related information. Request an example of how uncertain or incomplete records are displayed, and decide which measures partners may use for budget reviews.
