1. Set the service area around Nitro precisely
Nitro is a municipality associated with both Kanawha County and Putnam County. That relationship matters because a firm may describe its service area by city, county or a broader West Virginia footprint, but those are not interchangeable. A Nitro-focused campaign should not silently become a claim about every household or person in either county. It should also distinguish the place where a searcher is located from the area where the firm accepts matters. The Census population estimate is eligibility context only; it cannot tell you how many people will search, call or become clients.
Recommended approach
Before launch, write down whether the intended coverage is Nitro alone, Nitro plus selected nearby areas, one or both listed counties, or a wider West Virginia service area. Compare that decision with attorney capacity, court coverage and the firm’s actual intake rules. Bosseo’s public LSA description says its program includes practice-area categories and service areas set deliberately, so those settings should be reviewed rather than assumed.
