1. Use Nitro’s geography to define the intake boundary
Nitro’s recorded county relationships are Kanawha County and Putnam County. Those relationships can help your firm distinguish a Nitro inquiry from a broader county or West Virginia inquiry when reviewing intake records. They do not show where callers come from, whether a matter is eligible, or which county’s rules govern a case. A useful review should therefore examine how your team records location and jurisdiction rather than treating “Nitro” as a substitute for legal qualification.
Recommended approach
Set a clear location field or question for the matters your firm accepts. Review whether the intake conversation captures the caller’s relevant county, incident location, court location or other jurisdictional fact when appropriate. Intake Coach can then provide feedback on whether the conversation gathered the information your own intake standard requires.
