1. Put Huntington geography into the measurement question
The U.S. Census Bureau records Huntington as a municipality in West Virginia. Its 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 45,787, with a margin of error of 50, and the record identifies Cabell County and Wayne County relationships. That is geographic eligibility evidence, not evidence of legal demand, competition, search volume, leads or revenue. A dashboard should therefore preserve the distinction between Huntington city, the two recorded county relationships, any broader service area the firm chooses, and individual inquiries. If those areas are combined into one “local” number, the firm may lose the ability to tell whether a page, call or matter belongs to the intended market.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing results, define the geographic fields the firm actually needs: city, county, service area and any other territory the firm elects to track. Ask Bosseo to show how those fields would appear beside rankings, calls, leads and matters. Treat the Huntington population estimate as context for the place—not as a forecast or performance target.
