1. Set the geographic boundary before reading the numbers
A Charles Town report should identify exactly what geography each metric represents. Charles Town is a municipality in Jefferson County, West Virginia. A city target, a county target and a broader service area are not interchangeable. A ranking for a Charles Town query should not automatically be described as a Jefferson County result, and a county-level lead should not automatically be credited to the city. The dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets, as well as city data and case-type trends. During review, ask how those labels will be defined for your firm and whether a single inquiry can carry more than one geographic designation without being counted twice.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how Charles Town and Jefferson County would be represented in the dashboard, which location is attached to a lead, and how the firm would review inquiries from outside the selected boundary. Treat the Census population estimate as eligibility context only, not as a forecast of demand or case volume.
