1. Start with the journey, not the answer a caller remembers
A prospective client may not accurately identify the source of an inquiry. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes a record containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey. That is more useful than relying only on a form field such as “How did you hear about us?” For Yakima work, define the geographic boundary before reviewing results: Yakima city is a municipality in Yakima County. Do not combine city and county reporting unless the underlying records distinguish them.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Yakima inquiry would be separated by source, landing page, case type and outcome. Confirm which geographic fields your firm already captures and decide whether city and county should be reviewed separately.
