1. Start with the Summit View service area, not a population assumption
Summit View CDP is recorded in Pierce County, Washington. The Census population estimate is useful for defining the place being discussed, but it cannot establish how many people are seeking legal help, how many inquiries your firm receives or which matters they need. It also does not establish whether callers prefer a particular language or whether your staff needs additional coverage. Those questions belong in your firm’s own records and consultation process. Separate the geographic label used in your website and intake from the actual service area your firm accepts. A Summit View inquiry may be handled differently from an inquiry elsewhere in Pierce County or another Washington market.
Recommended approach
List the places your firm actually serves, then compare that list with the geographic information captured at intake. Decide whether location should influence routing, eligibility review, urgency or follow-up. Treat population as eligibility context only; use measured inquiry sources, response times and disposition records when deciding what to automate.
