What is Bosseo Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes it as a guided video survey that lives on a law firm’s website. Visitors answer questions one at a time, and the flow can be organized around practice areas and qualification factors such as case type, urgency and fit.
Can the intake cover Spanaway and the rest of Pierce County?+
The geographic scope should be defined with your firm. Spanaway is in Pierce County, but the two are not the same geographic unit. During consultation, decide whether each practice area should accept Spanaway matters, broader Pierce County matters, Washington matters or another boundary.
Can our firm choose the questions?+
Bosseo’s public page says the flows are built around a firm’s practice areas and that questions can be developed with the firm. You should confirm the proposed question-setting process, review responsibilities and final scope during consultation.
Where does a completed intake go?+
Bosseo states that completed inquiries can arrive with answers attached and can be delivered to an inbox, CRM and case-management system. Confirm which destinations are included in your proposed scope and how routing, access and follow-up will work for your firm.
Does Video Intake decide whether we should accept a case?+
No automatic qualification should replace your firm’s review. The product page describes qualification and weighting, but your firm must define its acceptance criteria, attorney-review requirements, escalation rules and professional-responsibility safeguards.
How should we measure whether it is working?+
Track the stages that matter to your operation: starts, completed submissions, categories, missing information, review outcomes, response ownership and consultation outcomes. Do not assume a completed intake is a client, and do not use Spanaway’s population estimate as a forecast of demand or results.
