1. Make South Hill geography part of routing—not a proxy for demand
South Hill CDP is in Pierce County, Washington. That relationship can matter when your firm decides whether geography belongs in an intake question or routing rule. It does not establish that a visitor is eligible for representation, that a matter arose in Pierce County, or that a South Hill resident needs a particular legal service. A video flow should therefore ask only for geographic information your firm actually uses to evaluate or assign a matter. If location affects jurisdiction, venue, service area or office ownership, define that decision explicitly. Do not treat the CDP population estimate as a forecast of inquiries.
Recommended approach
Review whether your intake needs a location question, what answer changes the next step, and who owns a submission that falls outside the firm’s chosen scope. Keep South Hill and Pierce County distinct in internal routing and public wording.
