1. Connect the source to the inquiry
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as recording a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device and session history, then attaching intake answers to that journey. For a Seattle practice, that distinction matters when the firm serves clients across the city and King County but wants to know which entry points generate qualified inquiries. A client’s recollection is not a reliable substitute for a recorded journey. Review whether your reporting can distinguish organic search, referrals, Local Services Ads, direct visits and AI referrals when those sources are available.
Recommended approach
Ask to see a lead-level record, not only an aggregate traffic chart. Confirm which source fields are visible, how a landing page is identified, and how the firm can inspect the relationship between an initial visit and the eventual inquiry.
