1. Define the geographic coverage before you assess the profile
Pacific’s recorded county relationships are King County and Pierce County. That matters because a firm may describe its service area more broadly than the city itself, while a Google Business Profile and review activity can be evaluated in a different geographic context. Do not treat Pacific’s population as evidence that a particular practice area has demand, or that a review gap exists. First decide whether your reputation work is intended to support people in Pacific, one or both listed counties, or another service area your firm can accurately serve.
Recommended approach
Review the firm’s public address and service-area representation, the locations named on its website, and the geographic language used in review requests. Keep those statements accurate and consistent. Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers the Google Business Profile and describes automated review requests, responses and review-growth reporting. In a consultation, ask how the proposed work would reflect the firm’s actual geographic coverage rather than treating Pacific as a proxy for the whole market.
