1. Set the service area around the cases you can accept
Omak is a city in Okanogan County, not a synonym for the entire county or for every community in Washington. That distinction matters when a firm decides whether its profile should focus on Omak, extend into Okanogan County, or cover another defined service area. Bosseo’s public Local Services Ads page says its program includes practice-area categories and service areas. The useful question is therefore not whether Omak’s population is large enough; it is which locations the firm actually serves and whether an inquiry from each location can be handled under the firm’s intake and eligibility rules.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Identify the locations you accept, the locations you do not accept, travel or venue limits that affect representation, and the geographic wording you want reviewed. Keep Omak, Okanogan County, and Washington separate in the account and in reporting so a lead is not treated as qualified merely because it is associated with Washington.
