1. Define the Kent geography before reading the numbers
The dashboard page describes city and case-type views, including questions about which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions a first-order decision for a firm serving Kent. Your team should decide whether “Kent” means Kent city only, a broader King County service area, or another explicitly named area. Those are not interchangeable. A Kent city measure should not be presented as a King County measure, and neither should be treated as a proxy for Washington-wide performance. The Census records Kent city as a municipality in King County. Its population estimate is useful context for identifying the place under review, but it cannot prove that residents need legal services or that a particular practice area will generate matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how city labels, county labels and statewide keyword coverage would be separated in the proposed view. Put the chosen geography in the dashboard definitions and in partner reports so that a movement in one area is not mistaken for performance across another.
