1. Start with Kent coverage, not population assumptions
Your firm may serve Kent, other parts of King County, or a wider Washington area. Those are different geographic choices. The Census record identifies Kent city as a municipality in King County, but it does not show where your clients come from or which matters are appropriate for public review requests. A useful reputation decision therefore begins with your actual service area, office profile, Google Business Profile coverage, and matter mix. Bosseo’s public page positions Reputation & Reviews around Google Business Profile, local-map visibility, and review activity. Those capabilities may be relevant if Kent is a core service area, but the consultation should distinguish Kent searches and clients from countywide or statewide work.
Recommended approach
Bring a list of the locations you intentionally serve, the profile or profiles you control, and any geographic language used in your intake and website. Ask how the proposed program would treat Kent, King County, and broader Washington coverage separately. Do not use Kent’s population estimate as a forecast of reviews or inquiries.
