Start with the Issaquah workflow, not a feature list
The U.S. Census Bureau records Issaquah as a municipality in King County, Washington, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 39,591 and a margin of error of 52. That establishes the geographic setting for a local firm; it does not establish software demand, case volume or a particular operational problem. Your own workflow must supply that evidence. Describe the task in concrete terms: a lead arrives, information is copied, a conflict check is initiated, a follow-up is assigned, or a client asks for a status update. Bosseo’s public Custom Software page describes a process that begins with the firm describing its bottleneck in plain English, followed by design, build, feedback and ongoing maintenance.
Recommended approach
Before discussing screens or features, document who performs the task, what starts it, what information is created, where that information goes and where work stops. If the issue is only occasional or already handled reliably, custom development may not be the appropriate answer.
