Start with the geography your firm actually serves
Quantico Base CDP is recorded in Virginia, with county relationships to Prince William County and Stafford County. Those are distinct geographic relationships, not interchangeable audience labels. A firm may serve people in the CDP, elsewhere in either county, or across a wider Virginia service area. Attribution should therefore preserve the actual landing page, source and intake information rather than treating every inquiry as a single “Quantico” segment. The Census population estimate helps identify the place being discussed; it does not establish legal need, competition, language preference, search activity or likely case volume.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing attribution, define the geographic labels your team uses in intake and reporting. Decide whether a matter is associated with Quantico Base, Prince William County, Stafford County, another Virginia location, or more than one service area. Then assess whether your records can retain those distinctions without turning a place name into an unsupported demand claim.
