1. Define the geography before reviewing performance
Orange town and Orange County are not the same reporting boundary. The Census record identifies Orange as a municipality and records its county relationship as Orange County. For a firm serving both areas, a location label can conceal an important question: does a call or form come from the town, elsewhere in the county, or another Virginia market? The dashboard page describes city and case-type views, but your consultation should establish which geographic labels are meaningful for your practice. Population eligibility is not a proxy for demand, and a town estimate cannot be used to predict calls or matters.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be defined and reviewed. Agree in advance whether the firm needs town-level, county-level, statewide or other service-area reporting, and do not treat a larger geographic boundary as evidence of greater opportunity.
