1. Define the geographic record before judging performance
Orange town and Orange County are not interchangeable labels. The Census Bureau identifies Orange town as a municipality and records its county relationship as Orange County. Your firm may serve the town, the county, Virginia more broadly, or another defined area. Those boundaries should be clear in the records you review. A town population estimate cannot establish how many people need legal help, how many search for a lawyer, or how many inquiries a channel will produce. Lead Attribution is therefore most useful when you decide what geography belongs in a lead record and what geography belongs in a budget decision.
Recommended approach
Write down the service area you intend to evaluate: Orange town, Orange County, Virginia, or another defined scope. During a Bosseo consultation, ask how landing pages, intake answers and case outcomes would be reviewed against that scope without treating population as a demand forecast.
