Use Manassas geography to define the review boundary
The Census record identifies Manassas city as a municipality and records its county relationship as Manassas city. That precision matters when you decide which calls belong in an intake review. A firm may serve people in Manassas city while also handling matters from elsewhere in Virginia, but the population estimate does not establish how many people contact the firm, what legal services they seek or whether the firm needs additional intake capacity. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against the firm’s real service territory and call categories, not against a population-based assumption.
Recommended approach
At consultation, specify whether the review should cover calls associated with Manassas city only, a broader Virginia practice area, or both. Define how the firm distinguishes location, practice area and eligibility during intake. Keep those fields separate so a geographic label does not become a substitute for qualification.
