1. Start with the Lincolnia service boundary
Lincolnia is recorded as a census-designated place in Fairfax County, Virginia. That relationship matters when you write the intake experience: a visitor identifying Lincolnia should not automatically be treated as belonging to a different office, county or service territory. The available population estimate is an eligibility and planning reference only. It cannot tell you how many people will use a video survey or whether a particular practice area is in demand. Bosseo’s public product page describes a question path for each practice area and routing by case type and location. Those capabilities make the service boundary a design question rather than a demographic assumption.
Recommended approach
List the Virginia locations, courts, matter types and client circumstances your firm actually accepts. Then decide whether Lincolnia should be an explicit location answer, a service-area answer, or simply part of a broader Fairfax County path. Review the wording with the person responsible for intake before publishing it.
