1. Start with the geographic question, not a headline number
Farmville is a municipality in Virginia associated in the Census record with Cumberland County and Prince Edward County. A law firm may serve the town, one or both counties, a wider Virginia market or another defined service area. Those are different reporting scopes. A dashboard review should therefore ask whether a location label means a town, county, metropolitan area, the Commonwealth or a page target. It should also distinguish a person or household from a place. The Census population estimate is useful context for deciding what geographic definitions need to be explicit; it is not evidence that a particular practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
Bring your service-area map and practice-area list to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to show how geographic labels would be defined in rankings, lead records and source reporting, and how you would prevent a Farmville figure from being mistaken for a countywide or statewide result.
