What does Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo describes a journey record that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. Ask during the consultation which fields would be available for your firm’s proposed scope.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo’s public page says calls can join the same journey record, with call information, case-type tagging and the web journey connected. Your firm should confirm how its current phone and intake records would be handled.
Can it show whether a Falls Church inquiry became a case?+
The product page describes outcome tracking through consultation and signed case where those outcomes are recorded. A Falls Church label alone cannot establish eligibility, representation or a signed matter; your firm must record the outcome.
Do we need to change the question “How did you hear about us?”+
Bosseo positions attribution as a way to reduce reliance on remembered answers by connecting the recorded journey. Review your intake process with Bosseo before deciding whether to change, retain or supplement that question.
Can attribution prove that Falls Church has legal demand?+
No. The Census population estimate identifies the municipality’s population, but it cannot prove demand, competition, search volume, inquiries, cases or revenue. Attribution measures recorded journeys; it does not turn population into a forecast.
Will attribution guarantee search visibility or leads?+
No such guarantee should be assumed. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Attribution is a measurement decision, not a promise of rankings, inquiries or signed cases.
