1. Coverage should follow your firm’s unanswered-call pattern
Bosseo describes a team-first model: calls ring your people first, and the AI answers when no one picks up within 20 seconds. The public product text also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow, along with handling up to 20 simultaneous calls. Those are stated product capabilities, not evidence that your firm has a particular coverage gap. Dunn Loring’s population estimate cannot establish how many people call a law firm or when they call. Review your call logs instead: unanswered calls, after-hours calls, busy signals, abandoned calls and calls that arrive while staff are already speaking with someone else.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to map the stated 20-second handoff and simultaneous-call capacity to your existing phone setup. Decide which calls should reach staff first, when AI Answering should take over, and which events require a human callback. Do not use the Dunn Loring population figure as a forecast.
