What is Video Intake?+
Bosseo describes Video Intake, called CLIONT on its public product page, as a guided video survey that lives on a law firm’s website. Visitors answer questions one at a time, and the flow is designed to organize inquiries by case type, urgency and fit.
How is it different from a contact form?+
A contact form generally asks a visitor to enter contact details and describe the matter in a text field. Bosseo’s described Video Intake experience uses a video-guided, branching path intended to collect more structured answers before the inquiry reaches the firm.
Can a Crosspointe firm choose which practice areas the intake covers?+
Bosseo states that each practice area can have its own qualification path and that flows are built around the firm’s practice areas. The firm should decide which categories and questions are appropriate during consultation; Crosspointe’s population estimate does not determine those choices.
Where do completed inquiries go?+
Bosseo says completed intakes can be delivered with answers attached and describes delivery to an inbox, CRM and case-management environment. Confirm the specific destination, connection, fields, permissions and follow-up configuration for your firm before implementation.
Does Video Intake provide legal advice to visitors?+
The product is described as an intake and qualification survey, not as a substitute for attorney review. Your firm should approve the wording, identify questions that require human attention, and make clear what completing the survey does and does not mean.
How should we measure whether it is working?+
Track separate stages rather than combining them: intake starts, completed surveys, inquiries that meet your review criteria, scheduled consultations and accepted matters. Bosseo’s public text does not provide Crosspointe-specific results, and no population figure can establish lead volume or revenue.
