1. Start with Chester’s exact geographic scope
The local label matters because Chester is recorded as Chester CDP, while the county relationship is Chesterfield County. A dashboard can only support a useful geographic decision if your firm agrees on what “Chester” means in its reporting: the CDP, Chesterfield County, Virginia, or another service area you intentionally select. Those are not interchangeable. The Census population estimate is context for the place, not evidence that residents are searching for a particular practice area or that a campaign will produce matters.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in keyword, call, lead and matter reporting. Decide which geographic labels belong in the dashboard and which should remain separate. Do not combine Chester and Chesterfield County into one conclusion unless your firm has chosen that scope for a specific business reason.
