1. Define the Cascades market before reviewing the dashboard
A location label can hide an important scope question. Cascades is a CDP in Loudoun County, not a synonym for the county, the Washington metropolitan area, Virginia, or every household and individual in those places. If your firm serves Cascades and also works across Loudoun County or Virginia, those areas should not be combined casually in one performance view. Bosseo’s public page says the dashboard can show rankings by service-and-city target, leads by case type and city data. That makes geographic definitions a first-order dashboard decision, not a cosmetic filter.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Cascades target would be separated from Loudoun County and broader Virginia targets. Decide which geographic labels belong in the dashboard, which belong in a separate view, and whether a report should distinguish a search location from a caller’s actual matter location. Treat the Census population estimate as context for market definition only; do not use it as a forecast of legal demand.
