1. Start with Bridgewater’s actual service boundary
A Bridgewater inquiry may be associated with the town, another part of Rockingham County, or a broader Virginia service area. The Census record identifies Bridgewater as a municipality in Rockingham County; it does not show where legal inquiries originate or which matters your firm accepts. That distinction matters before attribution is configured or interpreted. Decide whether the primary question is “Which activity produced inquiries from Bridgewater?” or “Which activity produced matters anywhere in our stated service area?” Mixing those questions can make a channel look more or less useful than it is.
Recommended approach
Bring your accepted service geography and matter types to the consultation. Ask to see how a journey can be reviewed by the geographic information your firm lawfully collects, without treating the town’s population as a forecast. Keep Bridgewater, Rockingham County and Virginia as separate labels in internal reporting when those distinctions affect marketing or intake decisions.
