Use Bedford’s geography to define the review, not to predict demand
Bedford town and Bedford County are related but different geographic descriptions. A firm may serve people in Bedford town, elsewhere in Bedford County, or a broader Virginia service area. The Census record identifies Bedford town as a municipality and records its county relationship as Bedford County; it does not show how many people contact a particular practice or what legal matters they need. That distinction matters when you decide which calls belong in an intake review and how an owner should interpret the results. Intake Coach is described by Bosseo as reviewing every intake call, including calls answered by the firm’s team or by its AI answering system. The product page says those calls are recorded, transcribed and tagged by case type automatically, then scored and analyzed.
Recommended approach
Before evaluating the product, define whether the review covers Bedford town, Bedford County, Virginia-wide inquiries, or another service boundary. Then decide whether calls should be compared by case type, representative, geography, or another category that is meaningful to your firm. Do not use the population estimate as a proxy for any of those measures.
