1. Start with Stowe’s exact service geography
Your firm may serve Stowe town and clients elsewhere in Lamoille County, but those are not interchangeable geographies. The Census record identifies Stowe as a municipal town and records its county relationship as Lamoille County. Automation should therefore be reviewed against your real intake geography: which inquiries are accepted, which are referred elsewhere, and whether routing differs by matter, jurisdiction or location. The population estimate is not a forecast of leads or cases, so it should not determine how many workflows you build.
Recommended approach
Write down the geographic rules your team already applies. Then review whether an incoming form, call or video intake can be tagged and assigned using those rules. If geography does not affect ownership, say so; if it does, identify the human decision that must remain with the firm.
