1. Define what “Jericho” means in the report
The U.S. Census Bureau records Jericho as a municipal town in Chittenden County, Vermont, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 5,114 and a margin of error of 29. That is geographic context, not evidence of legal demand, search volume, competition, leads or revenue. A dashboard should therefore distinguish Jericho town from Chittenden County, Vermont-wide coverage and any other city or service target your firm chooses to track. A single location label can hide an important difference: a call from a Jericho resident, a page targeting Jericho, and a matter opened in Chittenden County are not automatically the same measurement event.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in the dashboard and how you would review Jericho separately from county or statewide targets. Decide which geographic fields matter for your practice, then document whether a location describes the search target, the caller, the matter or another attribute. Do not treat Jericho’s population estimate as a forecast of cases or return.
