1. Start with the call path, not Fairfax population
The Census record places Fairfax in Franklin County and estimates 5,226 residents for the 2020–2024 ACS period. That is useful geographic context, but it cannot tell you how many people contact your firm, which communities your practice serves, or whether you need additional intake coverage. Intake Coach gives you a way to examine the calls that actually reach the firm. Its public description says each intake call can be recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and reviewed. That makes the intake path the relevant operating evidence: what happens when a person calls, asks about a matter, reaches voicemail, or needs a later response?
Recommended approach
Define the geographic and practice boundaries you want to evaluate before reviewing performance. Treat Fairfax and Franklin County as service-area context, not as a demand forecast. Then examine whether callers receive a consistent route from first contact to attorney review or consultation.
