1. Set the geographic boundary before you ask for reviews
A review profile represents a firm, not a census estimate. Start by deciding whether the firm is trying to be found primarily in Vernal, across Uintah County, or in another service area the firm can actually serve. Keep those scopes separate in profile language, website copy, intake questions, and reporting. A Vernal city population estimate cannot justify treating every nearby household or every county resident as a prospective client. It also cannot show whether a firm has too few reviews or whether another firm is a meaningful comparison.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review your current Google Business Profile service-area wording, address information, practice-area language, and inquiry records. Define which geographic labels count as relevant for reporting. If the firm serves locations beyond Vernal, document those areas separately rather than blending city and county results.
