1. Define what “Tooele” means in the dashboard
A local measurement can become misleading when a firm uses Tooele city, Tooele County, Utah, or a wider service area as if they were interchangeable. The Census record identifies Tooele city as a municipality in Tooele County. It does not say that every inquiry from the county belongs to the city, or that the population estimate represents prospective clients. During a Bosseo review, ask which geographic labels appear in rankings, lead records, source attribution and reporting. Also ask whether a city field describes a search target, a caller’s location, a landing-page target or the location of the matter. Those are different questions.
Recommended approach
Choose the geographic definitions your partners will use for decisions. Document whether the dashboard should distinguish Tooele city from Tooele County and from other Utah locations your firm serves. Treat population as context only, never as a forecast of cases or revenue.
