1. Define the journey before reviewing the dashboard
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page presents one view for rankings, AI and SERP visibility, calls, leads, case types and revenue-related signals. It also describes calls as transcribed and tagged, and contacts as classified by categories such as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other. Those labels matter because a law firm can otherwise mistake activity for opportunity. A call, form submission or intake is not automatically a signed matter. For a Summit Park practice, ask how a journey would be represented when the person searches from Summit Park, contacts the firm, discusses a practice area and either becomes or does not become a matter. The local population estimate is context for geographic scope, not a conversion benchmark.
Recommended approach
Bring your current definitions to the review. Decide whether the dashboard should distinguish inquiry, qualified opportunity, consultation, retained matter and closed matter. Ask which transitions are measured directly and which require your staff to confirm an outcome.
