1. Start with Roy and Weber County call boundaries
The Census record identifies Roy city as a municipality in Weber County. That distinction matters when you review intake: a caller may identify with Roy, another Weber County community, or a service area your firm handles beyond the city. Population is eligibility evidence only. It does not tell you how many people will call, which practice areas they need, whether they prefer a particular language, or whether your team needs additional coverage. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your actual call geography and matter criteria, not against a population-based assumption.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, define how your team records city, county, jurisdiction, and service eligibility. Ask whether the call analysis can help your reviewers see when a conversation reaches the wrong geographic or practice-area path. Keep Roy and Weber County as explicit review categories rather than treating every local inquiry as the same matter.
