1. Start with a measurement contract, not a display
A useful ROI Dashboard begins with definitions. Bosseo’s public product page describes tracking for keyword rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, forms, intakes, case types, sources, reviews, trends and revenue signals. Those categories can answer different questions, but only if your firm agrees on what each one means. A call is not automatically a potential new client. A lead is not automatically a signed matter. A ranking is not automatically a consultation. For a Riverton firm, the geographic question also needs precision: decide whether a report concerns Riverton, Salt Lake County, Utah or another service area. Do not combine those scopes in one label.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to document each metric, its geographic scope, its inclusion rules, its owner and its review frequency. Require written acceptance criteria for the measures your partners will use in budget discussions.
